David is the founder of Endeavour Programme and the architect and champion of its culture and approach to business. He is a project and programme leader with extensive experience in project development and delivery across a wide range of industries. David has held senior positions on major project boards and senior leadership roles on projects including rail, road, process engineering, manufacturing, health, major retail, commercial high rise, residential, ICT projects, change projects and many others.

David brings 20 years of business experience as the founder and former MD of Ranbury, a prominent project services firm in Australia. He was a driving force behind the growth of the firm and its reputation for providing quality service to large private and public-sector clients.

Associate Scholar (Oxon), MSc (Oxon – Distinction), CPPM, Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management, B.E. (Mech Hons 1 UWA), B. Com. (Distinction UWA).

Cuong is the Executive Director for Technology and the earliest co-founder of Endeavour Programme. He is the designer of Endeavour Programme’s data analytics methodology and invented its signature product, Octant AI. Cuong combines his artificial intelligence expertise with decades of domain experience in major programmes to solve fundamental problems using practical, data-driven solutions.

He is also an Associate Scholar with the Megaprojects faculty at Saïd Business School, Oxford University, where he is conducting a multi-year research programme on megaprojects and artificial intelligence. He continues to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve in major projects.

Tony has extensive commercial experience in the construction, civil and manufacturing sectors. He has been involved with the company from early in its genesis. Tony brings a deep understanding of the nuts and bolts of project delivery, and his track record in commercial negotiation gives him a strong understanding of the issues of time and cost overruns.

Tony has worked for project owners and Tier One contractors in various senior project roles both pre and post contract. His project involvement includes roads, pipelines, railways, hospitals, airports and laboratories. In Tony’s global experience, he has used most major forms of contract along with more bespoke and innovative PPP agreements.   Tony is responsible for interface with construction contractor clients, and for managing the corporate, contract and legal issues which underpin the company’s growth strategies.

Peter has worked on all facets of project management, including development of business cases from concept to feasibility, project value analysis, project implementation, project governance, commissioning and testing, and operations and maintenance management. Throughout Peter’s career, he has led and managed large multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver studies and projects. Peter works closely with Cuong ensuring that the technology development is aimed at the shortest commercialisation path, and that the firm is aligned with the industry partners who are critical to the firm’s success.

Shaun has held many senior government positions and is the CEO of the Dept of Trade, Business and Innovation for the Northern Territory Government. He has been involved with Endeavour Programme since its early days through his relationship with David Porter.  Shaun is the architect of the strategy for the company’s Social Purpose: the establishment of the global Endeavour Data Trust and is the champion of its knowledge collaboration agenda.

In addition to senior government roles in developing and implementing policy Shaun has extensive private enterprise experience. This covers mining and resources, infrastructure, telecommunications, agriculture, media, corporate communications, logistics and utilities, Public-Private Partnerships, education and transport and investment. Shaun is undertaking a PhD researching infrastructure project governance and its capacity to deal with uncertainty.

Will Siganto is a highly skilled engineer with more than 30 years of experience across Australia, the UAE and Asia. His expertise stems from an understanding of the true causal mechanisms that drive industry. He harnesses innovation to reform traditional work and operational practices.

His involvement in major infrastructure and process engineering projects has resulted in highly successful outcomes across both the public and private sectors.

He has a track record of senior leadership having served as a CEO and on government corporation boards. Will has been instrumental in the delivery of successful project outcomes across a variety of industries and sectors.  He has a deep interest in the potential for data to inform project outcomes. Will leads the shareholder interface.

Paul Young has more than two decades of experience as a Chief level IT executive in companies including Wotif.com and Ausenco.com. He was CEO magazine’s, CIO of the year in 2014 and has presented at numerous conferences. His passion is positioning fast moving companies for growth through building strong vendor relationships, leveraging emerging technologies to assist competitive differentiation, and working closely with executive management and Boards to realise business strategy through technical outcomes.

He leads the development and commercialisation of Octant AI’s cloud platform, and the implementation of Machine Learning/AI from an on-line technology perspective.

An experienced technology manager with a comprehensive track record in leading hardware, software and services companies both in Australia and internationally, Steve leads the sales and marketing approach for the firm.  He has a strong background in enterprise sales and executive level management for companies such as Fujitsu, Sun Microsystems, ASG Group, Data General, Mincom and others.

In addition to software and hardware marketing and sales, Steve’s skills include business planning, account and campaign strategy, investment strategy, vendor management and start-up evaluation.  In this last category Steve has served on several government sponsored boards for technology start-up evaluation and support.

Alex has a background in commercial litigation, having run large and high-stake disputes and trials in all Australian jurisdictions, ranging from commercial or contractual disputes, trade practices, revenue and administrative law, intellectual property and insolvency disputes. He also has an impressive grasp of international law.

He is a highly skilled machine learning expert and has been involved with the technology behind Octant AI for some years, collaborating with Cuong.
